• Deposits that appear to be made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or abuse of bonuses will result in immediate account suspension and will be referred to the relevant authorities.

we888 does not charge processing fees on deposits made via local Bangladesh payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Standard transaction fees imposed by the payment provider itself may apply and are outside we888's control.

4.Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

we888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your we888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 10.Account Suspension and Termination

we888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a chargeback on a deposit. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.
• Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by we888 — any outstanding bonus balances, free spins, or bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
